When you are healthy you expect to have a never-ending supply of “spoons”, but when you are sick, you have a limited amouht of spoons each day and each daily task takes away one spoon. With the Track + React app, users discover the impact of their daily activities on their arthritis pain. It allows the user to track their nutrition, fitness, sleep, medication and mood and compare it to their arthritis pain.
